This study, a critical analysis of the Legislation on the Protection and Promotion of the Rights of Indigenous Pygmy Peoples, aims to raise awareness and stimulate discussion of the law among political decision makers as well as Congolese indigenous “pygmy” peoples and national and international civil society organizations.
This research was produced by the Centre de Recherches Interculturelles et Interdisciplinaires pour le Développement Durable en Afrique Australe et Centrale (CERIDAC).
